All About EL Oysters
EL Oysters began in 2020 when Erik Wiese started delivering fresh oysters to a few local seafood lovers from the back of his car. What started as a small home delivery venture quickly grew by word of mouth, fueled by a love for quality and a deep respect for the ocean. Today, we’ve grown into a large operation supplying fresh oysters and mussels to caterers, restaurants, and specialty suppliers—while still keeping our home deliveries going strong.
Over the years, we’ve also expanded into events, offering oyster bars for weddings and private functions, as well as pop-up lunches in unique and scenic spots. Whether it’s a quiet dinner at home or a seaside celebration, we’re here to make it memorable—with the freshest shellfish around.
